CompFlo 2.0 Online

Good Morning Everyone,

Please note that CompFlo 2.0 is now online. The CompFlo extraction technology is currently processing the several hundred thousand appraisals that have been submitted over the last 18 months by the appraisal community. Over the next 7-10 days these records will be introduced into the system as they are extracted. If you have not submitted data, now is the time to do so. We will post an instructional video this weekend for those of you who need assistance.

I would take just a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the appraisal community who have so generously donated data to the CompFlo system. This project would not have been possible with out your assistance and I am extremely grateful. We will continue to improve the system and pursue fresh, accurate data for our user base.
